Horseman Coaches joins The Coach Travel Group

The Coach Travel Group has strengthened its position in London and the South East with the acquisition of Reading-based Horseman Coaches. 

This strategic acquisition reflects The Coach Travel Groups commitment to invest in local communities and will position the group to meet the high demand for travel in one of the UK’s busiest and most significant markets.

The Coach Travel Group was formed by the strategic merger of Alpine Travel, Barnes Coaches, Coatham Coaches, JH Coaches, Johnsons Coaches, The Ready Group, Swans Travel and Whittles. Established in June 2024. The group employs approximately 700 people and has over 450 vehicles combining its expertise and investment to provide best-in-class service to passengers.
