The Coach Travel Group Continues FY26 Fleet Investment Programme with Further Deliveries Across the Network

The Coach Travel Group has confirmed a further phase of fleet deliveries across multiple operating companies as part of its ongoing FY26 investment programme, continuing the Group’s commitment to fleet modernisation, operational flexibility and long-term sustainable growth.

Following the first round of deliveries announced in January, operators across the Group have continued to take delivery of new vehicles throughout spring 2026, supporting expansion across private hire, touring, scheduled services and contract operations.

Recent deliveries include:

• Barnes Coaches: 2 x 51-seat Scania Touring coaches delivered in March
• Luckett’s Travel: 6 x Scania Touring coaches (5 x 59-seat, 1 x 53-seat) delivered across April and May
• CTG London South East: 5 x 59-seat Scania Touring coaches delivered in May
• Swans Coaches: 4 x Scania Irizar i6 Efficient 53-seat coaches delivered in May
• Coatham Coaches: 1 x Yutong TC9 34-seat midi coach delivered in May

The latest additions continue The Coach Travel Group’s wider strategy of investing in modern, fuel-efficient vehicles that enhance operational resilience while supporting the differing requirements of each operator across the network.

The arrival of the new Scania Touring and Irizar vehicles strengthens capacity for touring and private hire operations, while the addition of the Yutong TC9 provides increased flexibility for smaller group movements and specialist work. Meanwhile, the significant intake of Scania Caetano Levante vehicles for Flibco supports continued growth within airport transfer operations and high-frequency scheduled services.

As with the Group’s wider fleet programme, the deliveries form part of a centrally coordinated approach designed to balance operational efficiency with the preservation of strong local identities. Vehicles across the network continue to be specified to meet a broad range of operational requirements, ensuring flexibility as demand evolves throughout the year.
